Description
Group road rides. Park in grass field behind the Dollar General and then gather at the rear of the Tractor Supply Company. Prompt departure - please be on time. C ride is a no drop ride.
Helmets required. All riders should have front and rear lights. Please run rear blinkers on solid, not flash mode.
Gather post ride - TBD - either at the Barn Jam (BYOB) or at Mellow Mushroom for pizza and beers.

Ride from the Trek Store up Hwy 17 to Awendaw. Head out and back on Sewee and Doar Roads with sprints at both ends. Rest stop at Sewee Outpost (optional). Head out Guerins Bridge Road to Halfway Creek with a sprint to the end of Halfway Creek. Return via Hwy 41 and Park West.

NO DROP RIDE (expectation that you can average 20 mph pace) - Intermediate level ride with a modified out and back route. Follows same route as "A" ride - so riders wanting to test A pace can get picked up by this ride.

Description
Located less than two hours from Charleston. You have a choice of three trails all starting from the parking area for the Killer 3 Trail. You will need to ride part of the Killer 3 Trail to reach Hardcore, and ride the Poinsett Connector to reach Campbell Pond.
You are required to carry a permit to use the trails at Manchester State Forest. Daily ($5) and yearly ($25) permits can be purchased in person or by mail. Call 803-494-8196 for the application and mailing address. Trail rules and hours (especially during hunting season) are made available at here.
Swamp Fox Passage of Palmetto Trail

Out and back trail multi-use consisting of gravel roads and fairly flat trails through wetlands and pine forests. Wear your helmet, and be considerate of hikers. In the fall, wear bright colors as there are hunters around. For more info see go here.
Wannamaker North Trail

The Wannamaker North Trail runs within the north portion of Wannamaker County Park, accessible from Goose Creek. The 8-mile trail is designed for and open to mountain bicyclists of all experience levels. The trail is also open to hikers, walkers, and runners, but pedestrians should know that the terrain contains tight curves and elevation changes.

Marrington Plantation is located behind the Naval Weapons Station in Goose Creek. The entire loop is about 16 miles, but can be made shorter by skipping the Foster’s Creek Loop. Helmets are required on the trail.
